I came to see Doctor Stephen Ferguson because I suffered from High blood pressure, high cholesterol, arthritis, thrombosis in the legs. The veins in my legs were swollen, and I was in so much pain. It was difficult for me to climb up and down the stairs, and walking was also hard. My body was so tender, it was almost like having several pins pierced into my body. I came to see Doctor Stephen Ferguson because I had high blood pressure. I used to have attacks, my vision would fade slowly, lose focus and concentration. This would really frustrate me because whenever I got such symptoms I would become restless and stressed waiting for an attack to happen. I was always very tired; probably the medication was a great contributor to my tiredness. Sometimes I would get sudden dizziness and get flashes in my eyes, terrible nightmare. I came to see Doctor Stephen Ferguson because I was disabled. I had spinal problems and spent in hospital a period of about 4 months. I became wheel chair bound with a 24 hour carer to take care of me, giving me personal hygiene putting me in and out of bed. I had a bag full of medicines, different kinds. I was so tired of taking all this medication, I was so fed up of the life that I was living and I could not stop worrying about the future. I became hopeless, I lost hope, I tried to convince myself all the time that this was the kind of life that I was leading for the rest of my life.

 

A friend of mine invited me to a seminar and I got a chance to meet Dr Stephen Ferguson and I spoke to him personally.  At that time, he advised me to come and see him. I came to see Doctor Stephen Ferguson because I suffered from arthritis for about 10 years

and acid reflux. I had joint pain and some times the bones felt like crushing. I was in so much pain for a very long time. My back was hurting, could barely sit for a long time, I could not even exercise, so with time put on a lot of weight. The Doctors kept telling me that I was clinically obese and that I had to lose weight, but realistically I could barely do any as most cardio exercises that can help with weight loss were not suitable for me.

I came to see Doctor Stephen Ferguson at the Natural Health clinic because I was suffering from arthritis, fibroids, Candida.  As a result I had different sorts of discomfort. My body was all hurting, suffered from stiff shoulders, and severe back pain that made it very difficult for me to sit down for a long time. Candida caused my genital parts to itch terribly a situation which was very uncomfortable and embarrassing at times. I came to see Doctor Stephen Ferguson at the Natural health clinic because I was suffering from insomnia, low immune system and breathing problems. I had a problem with sleeping, I could barely sleep at night and this lack of sleep made me very tired and restless. I was not eating well too, my appetite was very low and so was my immune. I would struggle with simple colds and coughs especially during winter. Whenever I caught a cold or cough, I struggled with breathing especially at night. Before I would just buy off the counter medicines but eventually I had to see my Gp regarding my problems. Gp gave me some advice and prescribed sleeping tablets to use in severe situations, I used the tablets a couple of times but then they were making me tired and dizzy, so I stopped using them. I came to see Doctor Stephen Ferguson because of chronic fatigue and psoriasis. My mother died 2 years ago and since then I developed a severe skin rash. I was very itchy all over. I used some creams which helped with the itching a bit but not completely. When I went to the GP, he told me that it was a skin infection called psoriasis. He also explained to me that it might be psychological stress due to the distress I was going through as a result of my mum’s death. I first heard about Doctor Stephen Ferguson on galaxy radio. I was so interested in what he talked about especially nutritional stuff. I had a history of sinus problems before and my Gp prescribed inhalers whenever they were out of control, especially when  I had  a cold or cough. I also had an old injury from football that resulted into sciatic problems. My left limb was so much in pain, but I didn’t want to take pain killers. I had so much pain especially back pain. It was difficult for me to sit for a long time. I was in so much pain that it affected me both mentally and physically. I could not walk for a long time without straining my back. Some times I had a sharp pain behind my eyes, nasal bones and cheeks. I also had severe headaches when ever there was an inflammation of the sinuses.  Each time I complained about the pain Gp just prescribed more and more pain killers but I did not take any. I did not want to take medicines, I just put them away.

I came to see Doctor Stephen Ferguson because I was suffering from acid Reflux. I had severe heartburn especially after eating. My stomach was always bloated, felt full most of the time and this stopped me from eating some times. I also had pain in my upper abdomen. I burped non stop and it was very embarrassing for me when at work or in public places. I had on and off cough that never seemed to go away. This was very distressing and painful. I tried different antacids medications but not of much help. I thought this was the life I was meant to live, very frustrating, and very depressed.

I came to see Doctor Stephen Ferguson because I suffered from diabetes for over fifteen years. I was always on Insulin and various strong medication which made me very tired. I developed a swelling on my ankle which left me with a lot of pain. I was so fatigued and all my body was aching. I had severe headaches and severe dizziness.
