I came to see Doctor Stephen Ferguson at the Natural Health Clinic.  I was suffering from high blood pressure, high cholesterol levels and acid reflux problems.

My blood pressure remains consistently high even after each visit to the GP surgery for check-ups.  I am tablet controlled for my high blood pressure.  My cholesterol levels remain high and don’t seem to go down.  Over the years, I have been suffering from acid reflux discomfort.  It causes heartburn sensations especially during the afternoon and more so in the night.  I don’t really get a good night’s sleep.  It made me feel tired most of the times.  I ate less during the evenings, my appetite was poor.  I knew I had to change my diet and lifestyle and needed some guidance.

I visited Doctor Stephen Ferguson in the Natural Health Clinic two months ago.  I wanted a full body MOT done on me.  I have diabetes, I can lose some weight, it was creeping up on me and I felt heavy, my blood pressure was high and so was my cholesterol.  Overall, my energy level was not that great as before where I could do a number of things even after work and during the weekends.

Doctor Stephen did a live blood test and quizzed me with my daily eating habits and general life habits.   He took my blood pressure and cholesterol levels.

From the live blood test, he told me my blood could look a lot better than what it was at the moment.  To cleanse it, he put me on a health programme and provided details of changing my diet.  I wanted to lose weight, so that was also part of my health programme.  I followed the health programme for two months, where I ate foods that were recommended to me.  I also took natural vitamins, a protein health drink and a blood cleanser.  My skin was dry looking; I applied a natural cream that was recommended to me by Doctor Stephen to apply daily.  I also followed a strict exercise programme.

When I came back for a check-up, my blood pressure was half of what it was, so was my cholesterol.  My blood sugar level was well within limits.  My changed eating habits and health supplements paid off!  I lost two stones in eight weeks.  I am very happy with my achievement.  My discipline to lose weight previously wasn’t that great.  With Doctor Stephen’s encouragement and motivation, I achieved it at last! My skin dryness has vanished.  I use it daily as part of my routine.
